Kraus HK Ltd (KakaMart) is a Hong Kong retail and wholesale company importing health supplements from around the world, with a target audience in Mainland China. Initially starting as an e-commerce business, the company expanded to a physical shop in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, within three months.
I worked as Marketing Manager, taking on responsibilities beyond traditional marketing. My contributions included building a Chinese website aim for Mainland Chinese, designing the shop layout and visuals, managing stock inventory, implementing the POS system, and engaging directly with customers.
While I have since moved on, the company continues to operate as an online platform, serving Hong Kong and Chinese customers with a similar product offering.
